Happiness is Personal

We each have our own inner definition of what happiness is and how we’ll know when we’ve achieved it. For some of us this is crystal clear, yet for others our idea of happiness is blocked or clouded and we can even feel unable to find it or undeserving of it.

As a BioEnergy Therapy Master/Teacher for more than 20 years it’s been my experience that we all have past mental, emotional and physical drama/trauma creating disharmony in our BioEnergy System undermining our happiness and even our health. (BioEnergy System is also referred to as the Human Energy Field, BioField, Aura, Energy System)

Questions you might be asking…

Why Does This Happen?
For every mental, emotional and physical injury we experience there is an imprint created in our BioEnergy System. Just as some injuries leave a scar and some do not, some of our negative experiences leave a scar in our BioEnergy System.

Why Didn’t I Know The Scars Were There?
Most people are not aware how their energy system works and what to look for. For many people the signs of energy scars show up subtly. They might experience being overly sensitive to certain sounds, smells or tastes, holding a little excess weight in certain areas, experiencing random allergy symptoms with no reasonable explanation.

What’s The Difference Between Energy Scars and Energy Blockages?
Energy blockages are energy scars that have been reinjured over and over again. The scars become denser and prevent a free flow of energy in that area. When this occurs the signs usually show up physically. People with energy blocks might experience pain from a past injury that isn’t going away or comes and goes with no clear reason, random headaches or backaches, they might hold a part of their body slightly off center or be unconsciously limping.

How Do I Heal The Scars and Clear The Blockages?
There are a number of ways to heal energy scars and clear energy blockages. Here are a few that I use:

Energy Therapy – Using an energy healing system such as Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Healing Light, Prana, Qigong a practitioner opens a gateway to the frequencies of those healing and balancing energies, locates the client’s scars and blockages and directs those energies to mend, clear and strengthen the BioEnergy System of their client.

Emotional Freedom / Thought Field Tapping – Tapping on a specific sequence of acupressure points on the body while using auditory cues releases the emotional attachment and allows the scars and blockages to release

Sound Therapy – Using specific sound frequencies from recorded music, singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and tuning forks a practitioner locates the client’s scars and blockages and directs the sound frequencies to mend, clear and strengthen the BioEnergy System of their client.

Self-Hypnosis – Because the subconscious mind is cooperatively linked with our physical, mental, emotional and BioEnergetic bodies, a trained Hypnotist can request the client’s subconscious mind to use the client’s own resources, including their intuition, to mend, clear and strengthen their BioEnergy System.

How Do I Prevent Scars and Blockages from Occurring?
The best way I know to prevent BioField Energy scars and blockages is to spend time every day becoming stronger. By caring for our physical bodies we’re less apt to have physical injuries. By growing emotionally and strengthening our self-confidence and self-worth we’ll be less apt to be emotionally injured. By getting enough sleep, enough playtime, enough spiritual time we’ll be more apt to think clearly. Also, by connecting with others for mutual, nonjudgmental support and growth we’re more likely to continue to care for ourselves and others. All of this leads to less scarring of any kind.
