Calling All Deep Thinkers…

Ok, so I need to warn you, my deep thinking friends, you may not like this post…it may actually offend you. Please know, that is not my intention whatsoever, my intention is to expand your awareness – no wait, don’t go into your void to ponder just yet, but do try to have an open mind when I say…

Stop Deep Thinking, it’s overrated!

Now, before you get your cockles up you should know I belong to the same club as you, heck, I’m on the board of directors. I ponder, I question, I focus my eyes on nothing while I write volumes in my mind.

Sooo, now that you think I’m some kind of bossy hypocrite, let me tell you why deep thinking is overrated.

1. It steals your time – you could have used that brain time to create a plan toward your authentic livelihood and fulfilled life.

2. It multiplies – so not only don’t you have time for creating a perfect life / work plan, now you don’t have time to take a shower before you have to go to the job you hate.

3. It’s habit forming – first you’re deep thinking the meaning of life and next you’re lost in the abyss of thought amazement about why the ocean waves. You need more and more deep thoughts to quench your questioning mind.

4. It makes you lazy – instead of taking action on the perfect life plan you didn’t have time to make, you’re busy not taking action on invitations to dinner with friends or that shower you really need to be taking right about now.

5. It makes you poor – now that you’re hooked on hours of the deep thought drug and aren’t taking action toward meaningful abundance your bills are still coming in while the contents of your bank account keeps going out.

Alright, alright – so I’m exaggerating a bit…ok, a lot, but this is truly something we need to look at in our lives if we plan to live an abundant life.

Of course, thinking and planning are very important steps in living our most authentic, highest life purpose, but getting caught up in that phase will keep us stuck while we trick ourselves into thinking we are taking action.

In creating our magnificent life, while using the Law of Attraction in alignment with our highest potential, it is necessary to think and plan…and yes, sometimes deep think, to uncover what brings fulfillment and reveals the exact direction of our bliss, our Intuitive Happiness. Then, getting out of our heads, we need to take the steps to accomplish our action plan and move confidently forward. And, contrary to some Law of Attraction proponents, we need to Actively show gratitude for everything positive (and negative) that comes our way. This is the recipe for flow creation and being in attraction mode.

— So, to summarize, to succeed in achieving our dreams, creating Intuitive Happiness and being in attraction mode we will Think Once and Act Twice!

Then we can spend our free time Deep Thinking the possibilities of telepathically materializing a delicious bowl of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Mmmm!
