There are so many Energy Channeling systems for healing and yet most people have never heard of Therapeutic Touch, Shamanic Healing, Eden Energy Medicine, Craniosacral/CranialSacral, Polarity, QiGong, Brennen Healing, Somatic, Quantum Touch, Emotrance, ThetaHealing and still there are more.
Why have you never heard of most of these?
Because Reiki has become the household catchall word for Energy Healing like Coke, Kleenex or Windex.
All energy healing modalities work similarly by using intention to call in various energy frequencies to free energy blockages caused by physical, mental and emotional traumatic events. Each has their own specific protocol for learning and applying the techniques.
Like all professions, the degree of success will depend on the capability of the practitioner, but in energy healing it also depends on the willingness of the subject to release their trauma and can even be influenced by their compatibility with the practitioner.
Nothings stops energy flow faster than fear and doubt
If you have tried one method and it hasn’t worked you may want to try a different practitioner or method…or you may want to dig deep and determine whether you may or may not be ready to let go of past hurts and resentments.
