
Sadness can roll in waves and spread out across your whole being until you feel yourself growing heavy, physically dragged down even making it difficult to move.
The more you focus on your sadness the larger and heavier it becomes.
Soon it becomes so loud it’s all you see, hear and feel.
Why do some people tend to feel sadness more deeply than others?
There are a number reasons why some people feel sadness more powerfully…
– they may be more kinesthetic, more feelingly in tune with their bodies
– they may focus more deeply on the pain of it, energy flows where attention goes therefore their feelings expand
– they may feel like they need to punish themselves or feel like they somehow deserve the pain
– they may feel helpless, like only someone else can take the sadness away for them
Or…
They’re Clearing Generational Suffering

Some of us are here to feel what has been suppressed by our ancestors, to clear the karma, to stop the cycle, to create a powerful shift for those that come after us.
Many who are clearing ancestral karma are getting lost in it. If you feel this may be happening with you here are some tips to help with clearing and releasing.
- You must allow yourself to Feel the sadness while recognizing it does not belong to you
- Send unconditional love to your entire lineage, imagine you are holding each one in your arms and soothing their pain
- Forgive them all and all who have ever harmed them
- Bring in Sunlight, actual or the energy of Sunlight, and allow it to fill you so much that it overflows through you to each and every ancestor
- And lastly, sit in gratitude for your gift of ability and willingness to make this monumental shift for those in the past and those yet to come
Because energy is instantaneous once you learn this process you can complete it in seconds, but feel free to take your time and savor being in the energy of your ancestors and the energy of the sun.
