
How many times does it seem you’re being guided toward something that makes no sense at all, or worse yet, it feels like you’ll be moving backwards?
And, how many times in those situations do you brush it off and assume you’re just making it up?
Don’t you wish there was some sort of litmus test to know whether it’s actually your intuition or just your inner self talk?
THERE IS!
For those of us, generally acutely tuned in to our intuition, you can simply ask – Who is guiding me – and open to receive the response.
For many people, especially those just learning to trust their intuition, that method just creates more confusion…
So here’s a tried and true method called Kinesiology
We actually have all the answers within us, the problem has always been how to get them out where we can clearly see them. Kinesiology, sometimes called muscle testing, is a way to bypass our critical faculty, our doubting selves, to get to the truth.
The Principle of Kinesiology is *** What is for your highest best good will make you Strong and what is not good for you will make you Weak
Here is an easy way to perform Self-Kinesiology :
– The weight method
1. Find a large book or item that has a bit of weight to it that you can lift with one arm
2. Place it on a countertop above waist height
3. As a control test – with your dominant hand hold something that you have known in the past to make you strong and gently press it your solar plexus (your belly above your bully button) for example: vitamin C, lavender essential oil, write the name of a person who lifts you up on a piece of paper
4. Use your non-dominant outstretched arm with your palm up to lift the book or item straight up to head height
5. Notice how effortless it was to raise the item ( if it was difficult be sure that A. The item is not too heavy to lift with one arm and B. What you are holding to your solar plexus truly does make you strong)
6. Write the person, place, thing or event you’re questioning or want clarity for on a piece of paper and hold it to your solar plexus
7. Again use your non-dominant outstretched arm with your palm up to lift the book or item straight up to head height
8. If it felt effortless to lift you have confirmation that it makes you strong and will move you in a positive direction. If it felt heavy, awkward or difficult you have confirmation that it will weigh you down and is not for your highest good.

This method is not meant for you to determine what is best for others, however, if you are a clear enough channel you could move your essence out of the way, bring their essence in and perform the weight method. Before trusting your results in doing this process for another start with small and verifiable questions.
It’s my intention in sharing this – not for you to replace your intuition – but for you to gain so much confidence in your abilities that you no longer feel it’s necessary to use Kinesiology.
