Thought of the Day…Who Am I Without My Illnesses and Pains?

We all seem to have something going on… ADHD, arthritis, fibromyalgia, asthma, anxiety, sciatica, migraines, plantar fasciitis, high blood pressure… and then there are the scariest ones – cancer, heart disease, recovery from a stroke or brain tumor… there are so many things that can go wrong with the human body it’s impossible to list them all…

But here’s something to think about…

Who would you be if you had perfect health?

For the majority of us that question is nearly impossible to answer. We’ve had these health issues for so long and we identify so closely with them as who we are that we can’t see ourselves without them. Think About That

From an energy perspective, when we identify so closely with an affliction, illness, disease, we make it a part of our core being. No matter what medication, therapy, energy or spiritual practice we try we continue to suffer because energetically, and also subconsciously, that is who we believe we are, therefore, that is what we attract to us.

The fastest way to heal yourself, and your body does have the ability to heal itself, is to separate yourself from your physical mental emotional issues. You are not your disease, you are not your problems. Watch the words you use when talking about what’s going on in your body –

Never Say

  • My anxiety
  • My heart issue
  • My cancer

Cut the ties right now and say instead…

  • I’m experiencing fibromyalgia right now
  • My body is experiencing afib right now

Or even better…

Don’t Continuously Talk About It!

Every cell in your body is listening to everything you say And acting on it. The words you use can either bring you health or bring you disease (dis-ease).

Start Talking About the Parts of Your Body that are Healthy

  • I’m so grateful for my strong legs that take me everywhere
  • I appreciate my hands, they do all this work effortlessly
  • All my cells work together to support my good health

Take it one step further and Praise Your Good Health into being

In a lot of ways your cells are like a small child, if you praise them and give them positive attention for something that you WANT them to do as if they are already doing it they will crave that energy so much it will change their behavior. For example:

—- I love that all my bones are strong and healthy and support my body effortlessly. Thank you

—- I’m so grateful my thyroid is supported by all my cells and it works perfectly

—- It’s fantastic that all my muscles, tendons and ligaments are so healthy and move so comfortably

Special Note: Making this big positive health change sounds fantastic…until your subconscious mind realizes there will be things you’ll need to live without – like special treatment to accommodate this dis-ease you’re experiencing. It might be extra breaks at work or a special chair, a special parking space, people to either help or do things for you so you don’t have to do them, and don’t discount the sympathy and attention you receive, you consciously don’t want sympathy, but your subconscious mind and inner child are loving every minute of it.

If you take some time to take note of all the ways your life will be changing for the better and Consciously Focus on them through the day as if they are already happening, plus instead of complaining tell people you’re feeling better and better every day – your subconscious and inner child will love all that positive attention from you and others even more.
